XOPS is the brand name given to our innovative range of airport and airline ground handling solutions developed by Resonate MP4.
Founded in 2001, and from its original heritage in France developing Multi Media Systems and Intelligent Transport Solutions Resonate MP4 has, in less than five years, become a leading contributor to the SMART Airports of the future.
Machine to Machine (M2M) technology and the Connected Vehicle is at the core of the Resonate MP4 solution, with the ultimate goal of being able to deliver Autonomous Vehicle capability within the airside operating environment to improve safety, sustainability and performance on the airfield.
By collaborating successfully with key Aviation Industry Stakeholders including Airport Authorities, Airlines, Ground Handlers and Ground Support Equipment manufacturers, the central philosophy of Resonate MP4 is to bring the power of BIG DATA to specialist airport ground handling operations at a practical, usable and value added level.
Our Team
Management Team
The XOPS management team have wide ranging experience in airport operations and wireless telecommunications technology. Collectively they have held senior management positions in large companies such as Sodexi, Air France and Motorola, founded their own business, and successfully delivered projects internationally, all of which enables our customers to have the confidence that the solution will perform and add value to their own businesses.
Engineering Team
The XOPS engineering team is focused on ensuring successful integration of XOPS into our customers business operation. The experience and knowhow of the team enables us to work on specialist Ground Support Equipment (GSE) on airports as well as the latest electric vehicles. In addition to many years of airport and automotive experience, the team also brings a background of Blue light Emergency Service and Military vehicle support and with this an empathy for critical operations and response.
Hardware and Software Development Team
XOPS software is at the centre of the XOPS unique capability when compared to similar solutions. A dedicated, full time team of software development engineers adopting the highest industry standards, enable core XOPS modules to be customised to meet specific airport applications, automate and simplify operations and meet stringent SLAs.
